Studio Practice

My independent studio practice began in 2015 shortly after graduating from the Stamps School of Art & Design at the University of Michigan and moving to Detroit. My studio practice started as a continuation of the lighting designs I had produced during my undergraduate degree project and continued to be an experimental outlet while I worked full-time. This page shows process shots, experiments, prototypes, concept renderings, various side projects, one-off creations and other scenes from my Detroit-based studio and time at my MFA studio at Cranbrook Academy of Art in Bloomield Hills, Michigan.

My practice consists of creating unique pieces for galleries and exhibitions, small-batch production pieces to sell direct and through vendors, commissioned works for residential, commercial, and retail; freelance design work and product design/development consultation; installations, education, and personal projects.
